For me, the keys to shopping at Goodwill are to not go in looking for anything in particular, keep an open mind and think outside the box, and check back periodically. That said, today, I’m sharing a recap of a few items I’ve picked up from there in the past few months. Nothing was over $13.
We REALLY needed a toaster oven. Our old one was kind of disgusting. I’d accidentally melted packages on the top of it several times. I found this one, that looked brand new, for a great price. Of course, I wasn’t even looking for a toaster oven.
Seeded glass bottle. I dig seeded glass!
Oh, and the large glass hurricane vase I got to make my own mercury glass was from Goodwill too.
And last but not least, two chairs I added to our dining room table. You can see how they looked when I found them at the store here.
Have you been to Goodwill lately? What have you found?
