Another week has flown by. It’s Friday, so it’s time to share the goods from my recent field trip.
Scott’s Antique Market was full of goodies this month. For my second trip, I brought along my two field trippin’ friends (the same friends who explored Outrageous Interiors with me last month). We had a good time looking over everything, but definitely did not have ENOUGH time! Scott’s is just so big. There’s so much to look at. But the good thing is, as Sherry mentioned, there’s always next month!
So, I really liked the Furever Fur booth. They recycle fur coats into pillows. I loved the Persian Lamb curly pillows. They had them in this gray and in black.
Here’s another one I liked: black mink with a different fur striped down the middle.
And we saw a lady who makes mirrors out of old silver plates and bowls. Loved them so much, I got this one. Not sure where it’s permanent home will be, but right now I’ve added it to my dining room plate wall. Sure it would not be hard to DIY.
Here are a few unusual lamps (that could also be recreated on your own).
Liked this large moss ball.
I’m a little taken with all things sheepskin and flokati. These stools were $2800 each. Ouch.
And last but not least, here’s the vintage 1950s bar cart my friend scored. It’s in excellent condition!
