Sparkling Peach Cocktail

Here’s an easy, delicious, cocktail recipe for you.  I made it up so it doesn’t have an official name.   I think of it like a modified margarita.   I use: a shot of tequila, and instead of triple sec I use a shot of peach schnapps.  I squeeze in the juice of a fresh lime and top it off with sparkling wine.   As a final touch, I macerate a couple of stevia leaves in the glass and stir.
