C. Wonder (the store launched by Chris Burch, Tory Burch’s ex husband) recently opened in Atlanta and I finally had a chance to visit. The flagship and original store opened in New York last fall. The Atlanta store is glossy and colorful.
Those colorful stacked bowls looked like salad bowls but could be used for a variety of things. I loved that yellow ceramic vase pictured in the middle. They weren’t for sale, just used in styling, but I thought they were such great pops of color especially on the blue table.
This bamboo dishware was unusual and the blue ikat dishware was just so pretty. This gallery wall displayed sunglasses that were for sale. I liked the idea of some of the items framed being recessed mixed in with regular frames and mirrors.
The store wasn’t huge but definitely packed a colorful punch. Speaking of punch they actually served lemonade and had apothecary jars full of gumballs you could help yourself to. Yay! Gumballs are my fave. The store serves up women’s clothing and accessories too but I only snapped a few pics of the housewares section.
While I was at the mall, I went ahead and stopped in at Anthropologie. Check out these cool ideas:
You can definitely put your own spin on an idea from these displays.
1. Make your own chalkboard clock with old spoons.
2. Another framed gallery, but this time try doing one on a detached, leaning door, instead of a wall.
3. Make your own chalkboard labeled containers by painting directly on a container with chalkboard paint or using pre-made labels
Where have you been window shopping lately? Have you seen anything at a store that’s inspired a DIY project?

C Wonder looks like my kinda shop. Love those pillow. Looks like they are opeing one in our neck of the woods soon. Can’t wait.
Great photos! I didn’t realize they had an Anthro at Lenox…Goes to show how much time I spend at the mall, lol.
Speaking of DIY, I bought some really pretty napkins on sale at World Market. Considering sewing some pillow covers for a writing assignment. I’ll let you know how that goes.
