Today marks a blog milestone so we have a special treat: two guest posts! First up: Sherry Hart’s blog is pretty funny (and stylish too). In fact, it is through her blog that I first learned of Lisa Mowry (an editor with BH&G). Please welcome Sherry from Design Indulgence.
I am so happy to help Design OCD celebrate a 200th post! Why didn’t I think of that…..
It is by BoBo Intriguing Objects and I loved it the first time I saw it. In fact in the beginning of Design Indulgence a very early post was about a copy cat version…which you can read about here.
Now for my favorite room….that would have to be the small keeping room off my kitchen.

At the time we did our renovation I thought I would use this area for a table and chairs. In theory, that would have worked but it wasn’t practical since it’s just my husband and I. About 15 years ago I changed it and now the space is usable and cozy! Plus….it is a great little space to redecorate… which I do quite often…are you shocked?

Congrats on your success Jae! I like that pigeon basket coffee table, it seems like it can come in handy for all sorts of things. Its funny what you said about the lifespan of a decoration. You can be in love with it one day and the next day absoluetpigeon basket coffee tablely despise it 🙂

Love how you changed your keeping room, Sherry. I always tend to gravitate to the smallest room in my house for reading, conversation, etc – so warm and cozy. Thrilled to find a new to me blog this afternoon – congrats on the 200th!
I LOVE Sherry’s keeping room. It looks so pretty with the turquoise lamp and painting. I envision her writing her witty posts in the slipcovered wing chair!
