Did you know Georgia has a wine growing region? It’s in the northeast part of the state just about an hour and a half north of Atlanta in the mountains. It’s a small version of Napa for the southeast U.S. We have been on a tour of the wineries before but this time we took the time to have brunch at one of the vineyards. It is beautiful in Georgia at this time of year.
Wolf Mountain has a lovely spread for brunch. The fresh flowers and table displays set a perfect fall vignette.
Checkout that branchy, votive candle holder. Isn’t that cool?
The food was delicious. This vineyard also makes excellent sparkling wine. My favorite was the Blanc De Syrah Brut.
Have you visited any vineyards recently? Or have you been to Napa? I have been to wineries in Europe and even Chile but have not yet been to Napa!
Here’s to a wonderful weekend!
