No updates on the kitchen cabinets yet. We are close to placing the order but waiting on a sample door. Hopefully, I’ll have more information soon.
The kitchen also needs new lighting. I have been pretty uninspired about what to do for the two main lights, one in the main part of the kitchen and one over the table. There are ceiling fans in both spots now. I kinda feel like a ceiling fan in the kitchen is just practical for us. But I want a nice fixture, instead of a fan, over the table. The new cabinet configuration allows for a nice light over the window sink though. Check out what I saw last week in Home Depot:
