After sharing a few details from the wedding in Jamaica, I realized that I forgot to share some of the wedding decor from earlier in the year. My sister held her wedding ceremony and reception at Maggianos Little Italy back in the spring. While the restaurant already provided a nice venue in the form of a private room upstairs, the groom’s mother happens to own an event planning business and embellished the simple restaurant decor in a grand way. She transformed the room into a magical display of glitter and lights.
As you can tell, the theme was black and white. At the head of the room was the table for the wedding party. The small touches of feathers and shiny baubles really made a beautiful impact.
The bride and groom had special chair covers.
The groom’s cake, in the form of a ’69 camaro, was the one splash of color.
It was a beautiful day with a lovely couple! Have you come up with any pretty table settings lately? Have you been invited to several of one type of event – like baby showers? Things seem to come in groups!
