How cute is this card?
Last month, we celebrated our wedding anniversary and we received this card in the mail from my parents. As soon as I saw it, I smiled. One, it’s so us: completely different styles but still quite a pair. Two, it’s so intricate and pretty, it is a little work of art!
I usually display cards we receive on a desk, ledge, shelf, or mantel for a short period of time afterwards and eventually they end up stuck in a drawer. But this one seemed to call for year round enjoyment. Using what I already had, I just taped the card to a piece of white paper and placed it behind the glass in a 5×7 frame. I hung it on a nail on the back of the wall shelves in the half bath.
I think it’s also a nice reminder that it wouldn’t be that hard to DIY personalized cards for others. So, if you have any sentimental greeting cards, or just small items that make you happy, stick ’em in a frame and display in a place where you can enjoy them daily!

How Cool!!!!
How cute! We teach card making with silk ribbon embroidery and our students don’t want to part with them. So many of them get framed!
That’s my girl. So appreciative. I love it too.
cute indeed! your mommy does a great job in picking things like this.
